This is my second time hiring Michael for a real estate transaction. On my first purchase, Michael had saved me from not one, but two bad deals based on things he insisted be in the contract. Michael then on many occasions went above and beyond in even engaging with my HOA after they tried to stall m...y closing. In my recent transaction, where I sold and purchased property in the same go, Michael was right there every step of the way, through agent changes, lender changes, he was always available to answer my questions or bring me some sense of peace among the chaos. Michael not only knows what he's doing, but he's genuinely really good at what he does, he will always be my go-to guy. Michael doesn't dance around details, he tells you exactly how it is, and that is something that is extremely valued. Without any reservations, I would strongly recommend Michael as someone to be on your team.

Very timely response and efficient. Closing went smoothly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because when the seller was pushing some additional cost on me it would have been helpful if someone had let me know that the request was beyond my contractual obligation which would help me to... negotiate or push back any unnecessary cost.
