When I closed on my home years ago, Michael Posner was recommended by a friend, and thanks to him, the closing went smoothly, without a hitch, and I was well-informed every step of the way. So, years later, when my elderly mother, who was in her nineties, helpless, with no savings or equity, and livi...ng strictly on social security and Medicaid for her home care, was facing a cruel foreclosure action, out of desperation, I called Michael.
