Hired Posner to handle the sale and closing of my NYC apt. Since I had moved out of NY by the time of closing, I had to rely on him a lot. While I would have liked more communication and follow-up from him, he got it done without any issues.

This wasn't my first real estate purchase yet Michael brought up concerns about the contract that no other attorney I worked with before bothered to go into. Overall extremely professional and pleasant to deal with.

Michael, helped me with all closing aspects of my home. With professionalism and tact. He was available to answer my questions and concerns. Wish made the process less stressful. If I had to do it all over I wouldn’t do it without Mr. Posner.
