It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Posner for our recent co-op purchase. Not only that he is very knowledgeable about the laws and procedures, but also available for our numerous questions, especially at the end, when the closing date was approaching and our anxieties were running high. During t...he actual closing we had his representative with us, who explained all the pieces of paper we needed to sign, before signing them. The ongoing support, from the first call to him till our closing yesterday, was very valuable to my husband and I. We highly recommend Mr. Posner and his team for his expertise, thoroughness, and support.

Michael was a very good lawyer for our first home purchase. We had very difficult sellers and they made every step drag on longer than needed. Michael was very calm through out it all. I'll be honest, his calm was frustrating at times as for some moments I didn't think he shared the same sense of urg...ency my family and I had, but I recognize now that he was staying level-headed on my behalf. He knew when to apply the right pressure and was always sure that the law was on our side.

Michael handled my short sale application during bank attempts to foreclose. Thankfully he was timely and diligent at getting issues resolved and bank approval. I'm a particularly involved client and he was very responsive and timely. Since then, he has provided advice with unrelated real estate mat...ters which I truly appreciated..thumbs up for Michael.
