Purchase and sale of our coop apartments
Michael handled the purchase and sale of our great neck coop .. he was on top of the timelines and made sure that we were able to facilitate closing both on same seamlessly and was able to deal with a difficult lawyer on the other side to make sure there were no snags in the deal
