Matthew came on a recommendation and we're so glad he did. The other reviews here completely in line with my experience. Friendly, incredibly patient and thorough, he took the time to explain everything and answer questions. I can't stress how quick he was to respond, and to hop on anything that was ...required, and to make sure things we missed did not get forgotten! Very clear communicator! As circumstances changed he was with us all the way in our co-op purchase (just closed yesterday). Highly recommend, would absolutely work with again.

I worked with Matt as part of an apartment purchase on the Upper East side. Matt was very helpful in answering all my questions about the transaction and process, and was always very quick to respond. I felt confident that I was in good hands while having the contract negotiated. He is very transp...arent about fees, and I thought that the value of his services for the cost was well worth it and a great deal. Matt was very friendly when I was able to meet him in person at the closing as well. Overall great experience!

(12/3/19) I can't say enough great things about Matt Goldgrub. My wife & I retained him as our attorney to help us through our first home purchase in New York City (a coop/condo). I felt like he was with me 24/7. My emails were answered almost instantly. Phone calls were taken by him whenever I felt ...I needed to speak with him. And he really stayed on top of things with the opposing attorney as events unfolded. This guy really knows what he's doing. What made me feel most comfortable, however, and what I appreciated beyond words, was how he always took the time to explain to me the whole complex process in a way that I could understand it—as it was all happening. Even when we hit several serious bumps in the road because of some issues on the other side of the deal, Matt was right there with thoughtful counsel, legal expertise, and sound judgment. And unlike so many other lawyers, Matt is seriously down-to-earth. You can talk to him and it feels like you're just talking to a friend (instead of some cold, all-business, calculating attorney). I felt like I was always dealing with a quality human being throughout the entire process; someone that I could actually trust (and I do NOT throw that word around carelessly). Finally, to top it all off, his rates, in my opinion, are reasonable. I would recommend Matt to anyone needing an attorney for the various services he offers. Thank you, Matt!!!!

Mathew Goldgrub’s handling of my first independent real estate transaction was exceptionally executed. He spent a lot of time explaining the required processes in jargon I could understand and answered my questions in a timely manor. In terms of coordinating ...facilitating and moving the process a...long with the other parties ...he couldn’t have been more efficient.
