(12/3/19) I can't say enough great things about Matt Goldgrub. My wife & I retained him as our attorney to help us through our first home purchase in New York City (a coop/condo). I felt like he was with me 24/7. My emails were answered almost instantly. Phone calls were taken by him whenever I felt ...I needed to speak with him. And he really stayed on top of things with the opposing attorney as events unfolded. This guy really knows what he's doing. What made me feel most comfortable, however, and what I appreciated beyond words, was how he always took the time to explain to me the whole complex process in a way that I could understand it—as it was all happening. Even when we hit several serious bumps in the road because of some issues on the other side of the deal, Matt was right there with thoughtful counsel, legal expertise, and sound judgment. And unlike so many other lawyers, Matt is seriously down-to-earth. You can talk to him and it feels like you're just talking to a friend (instead of some cold, all-business, calculating attorney). I felt like I was always dealing with a quality human being throughout the entire process; someone that I could actually trust (and I do NOT throw that word around carelessly).
