Could not recommend Goldgrub Law more! They were the shining light in a very laborious and frustrating 4+ month journey to buying our new apartment. They were able to help us navigate every twist and turn with the sellers and our lenders, and went above and beyond to keep things moving. They were exc...ellent in the due diligence process, and answered our many questions with patience and grace. Their whole team was so helpful and on top of things, and always accessible. And their rates are unmatched! They're probably the only part of the entire process that I'd say cost LESS than I would have expected and went BETTER than I would have ever hoped. I wish more of my friends hadn't already bought apartments so I could recommend Goldgrub Law to ALL of them! Seriously, they are amazing.

Friendly, incredibly patient and thorough, he took the time to explain everything and answer questions. I can't stress how quick he was to respond, and to hop on anything that was ...required, and to make sure things we missed did not get forgotten! Very clear communicator! As circumstances changed he was with us all the way in our co-op purchase (just closed yesterday). Highly recommend, would absolutely work with again.
