They were exc...ellent in the due diligence process, and answered our many questions with patience and grace. Their whole team was so helpful and on top of things, and always accessible. And their rates are unmatched! They're probably the only part of the entire process that I'd say cost LESS than I would have expected and went BETTER than I would have ever hoped. I wish more of my friends hadn't already bought apartments so I could recommend Goldgrub Law to ALL of them! Seriously, they are amazing.
