This was regarding an immigration matter. There were so many issues we had with Anna including: - it was impossible to get a response from her; on average it would take 3 weeks for her to reply to an email - she failed to deliver on commitments and when called out, would make up a number of excuse...s and become very defensive - she provided incorrect information and stated that we no longer had authorization to work; we had to send her a copy of the approval notice (of which she already had a copy) to show her that she was incorrect In addition, we found most of her responses, when she did respond, to sound rude and impatient. I would never retain Anna again.

We've used Anna now on 3 separate occasions - 2 closings and a will. She is diligent, knowledgable and friendly. She's great at dumbing down heavy legal jargon so we fully understand all T&Cs. Most importantly she does her job with a smile on her face and a warm demeanor. We'd recommend her to anyone... and look forward to working with her again in the future.
