This was regarding an immigration matter. There were so many issues we had with Anna including: - it was impossible to get a response from her; on average it would take 3 weeks for her to reply to an email - she failed to deliver on commitments and when called out, would make up a number of excuse...s and become very defensive - she provided incorrect information and stated that we no longer had authorization to work; we had to send her a copy of the approval notice (of which she already had a copy) to show her that she was incorrect In addition, we found most of her responses, when she did respond, to sound rude and impatient. I would never retain Anna again.
