I worked with Anna for the closing of my parents' house. She was diligent, always reachable, thorough, and walked us through the entire process. This was regarding an immigration matter. There were so many issues we had with Anna including: - it was impossible to get a response from her; on average it would take 3 weeks for her to reply to an email - she failed to deliver on commitments and when called out, would make up a number of excuse...s and become very defensive - she provided incorrect information and stated that we no longer had authorization to work; we had to send her a copy of the approval notice (of which she already had a copy) to show her that she was incorrect In addition, we found most of her responses, when she did respond, to sound rude and impatient. I would never retain Anna again.
