Bold, Courageous & Strategic Litigator

I initially filed a pro se complaint for unlawful termination against my former boss who happened to be a high powered elected official. After receiving threats of prison time from my former employer’s legal team, I frantically searched for an attorney and was turned down by over 200 Employment Lawy...ers in NYC (yes, I actually kept track), before David agreed to meet with me and shocked me by taking my case. He was the first attorney who was unafraid of whom I was suing and the powerful legal machine he would be up against. He strongly believed my case had enough merit to lead to a successful verdict, and he was right! Don’t let his youthful looks and proper upbringing fool you. This man is a BEAST in the courtroom and a strategist to be reckoned with. His brilliance astounded me and frightened opposing counsel. This is the man you want to take to the courtroom with you because his opponents tend to perceive him at first glance as inexperienced and ineffectual; when he is anything but. He will keep you abreast of what is going on and is very hands on throughout. Trust me, he is worth every dollar and then some. Long before there 'Scandal,' there was an original Gladiator in a suit and his name is David N. Mair!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
