Samantha E. Hudler

Samantha E. Hudler is Senior Counsel at White, Rose & Hilferty, where she represents employees in cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and other workplace injustices. She is deeply committed to protecting workers’ rights and ensuring that every client’s voice is heard and respected.

Ms. Hudler represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and state divisions of human rights. Her experience encompasses all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations through discovery, motion practice, hearings, and resolution. She has conducted hearings and represented clients before administrative tribunals, consistently demonstrating thorough preparation, skilled advocacy, and a steadfast commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.

Ms. Hudler earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2018, concentrating her studies in labor and employment law. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and gained hands-on experience with the New York State Division of Human Rights, where she assisted in investigating and resolving claims of workplace discrimination. She also worked as a Law Clerk for a Nassau County employment law firm, conducting research and assisting clients in a range of employment matters.

Before entering law school, Ms. Hudler received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Widener University. As an undergraduate, she interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she developed a strong interest in advocacy and justice. She later worked as a Paralegal at a boutique labor and employment law firm in Suffolk County, assisting clients and developing the foundation for her career in employment law.

Ms. Hudler is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
