Ken was highly recommended by colleague of mine who hired Ken for his complicated divorce. The whole process was shorter than I anticipated and Ken was able to make it as smooth as possible. He went out of his way to explain legal issues to me and help me make the right decisions. Needless to say- I am very happy with the end result. I am in much better place thanks to Ken!

i received Ken's name from a friend and called his office and went in to his office for a free consultation. He is very direct, specific as to what my divorce would entail and was kind when he spoke. I retained Ken and when my divorce was ongoing i was kept abreast of everything before it was done and going forward. I am a lay person and Ken and his colleagues always spoke to me in people speak.

My attorney was always caring kind and helpful. He walked me through the divorce process and understood the issues from the first time we spoke. He handled my divorce with a keen knowledge of the law, compassion, empathy and fought for my rights and best interests. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Very dishonest and Incompetent attorney, I'm surprised he is still practicing and hasn't been disbarred yet. Billing is outrageous - charged me 5 times the usual amount to draft a ' divorce settlement agreement' which did not even mention visitation or custody!!! I won a good chunk back in arbitration, and he refused to pay (against the rules of the NYLA & his own retainer agreement ) Took me to Civil court and asked the judge to vacate his own retainer agreement, that he and I signed when I hired him, he lost. He then appealed and lost again. Then he took 2 more years to pay the arbitration award and remainder of the retainer that he still had in escrow. I filed a complaint at the Departmental Disciplinary Committee for the First Department in Lower Manhattan in 2007 and encourage everyone else with a bad experience to do so too. He gives attorneys a bad name and preys on people who are going through a hard time anyway.

Defintiely charming but questionable billing practices-- as I was billed for 3 people reading every email in my very basic, no assests divorce. I have been told by 3 other attorneys that he charged about 3x what I should have been charged for the work completed.
