Mr. Roth lectures frequently on many aspects of litigation and the business of law. He has over twenty eight years experience in all phases of dispute resolution including a plethora of jury and non jury trials and appeals in both state and federal courts throughout the country and abroad. He has also tried hundreds of arbitrations across the nation and has successfully resolved hundreds of matters through settlement and mediation.
Mr. Roth is admitted before in the State of New York and all four districts in the federal court system. He is also admitted before the Second, Third and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals and the the United States Supreme Court. He has also been admitted to numerous state and federal courts throughout the United States on a pro hac vice basis.
