Mr. Roth is the President/Owner of The Roth Law Firm, PLLC, a midtown NYC boutique firm that represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial/business litigation with special emphasis on securities, entertainment/sports, employment, intellectual property, real property and white collar criminal litigation and SEC/FINRA enforcement matters. The firm, which has represented Fortune 100 companies, small public and private companies and well known celebrities, super models, record labels and entertainers, hall of fame athletes and celebrities, has received national recognition in several high profile and sophisticated litigations. Mr. Roth is regularly featured on radio and television including ABC, NBC, FOX, MSNBC, CNBC, TruTV and HLN television. He is also featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, NY POST, Daily News and several other national newspapers, magazines and periodicals, including Fortune, Bloomberg and Forbes. Mr. Roth lectures frequently on many aspects of litigation and the business of law. He has over twenty eight years experience in all phases of dispute resolution including a plethora of jury and non jury trials and appeals in both state and federal courts throughout the country and abroad. He has also tried hundreds of arbitrations across the nation and has successfully resolved hundreds of matters through settlement and mediation.

Mr. Roth is admitted before in the State of New York and all four districts in the federal court system. He is also admitted before the Second, Third and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals and the the United States Supreme Court. He has also been admitted to numerous state and federal courts throughout the United States on a pro hac vice basis.
