Raymond Thomas Mellon

There is a big difference between just looking for a lawyer and finding a well informed, conscience, hard working battler as Ray Mellon. I first met Ray at the Brooklyn Chapter AIA meetings back in the '90...s. He became the legal council for the chapter.
