Marc A Agnifilo

I practice in U.S. District Courts all over the United States. As a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, I serve as lead counsel in federal criminal matters involving all manner of fraud, money laundering, FCPA, RICO and other federal offenses. I regularly appear in the SDNY, EDNY, District of New Jersey as well as the Eastern District of Virginia, the Central District of California and other federal districts. I have handled several appeals before the Second Circuit.

I also handle select criminal cases in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey. These tend to involve securities fraud under the NYS Martin Act, state money laundering, grand larceny and matters involving computer theft and intellectual property. I also handle matters involving murder and other offenses.
