Termination/Later Re-Hired With Same Company

Through Larry's representation I was able to be re-hired back to my company a couple of months after I was terminated. He had provided me legal advice several years earlier when I had challenged my performance rating. My rating never changed but through Larry's legal advice we had captured consider...able documentation. Fast forward several years later I was fired after a year end re-organization. I was given a buy out and had 30 days to accept the offer. I contacted Larry and hired him to see what could be done. Because he knew my previous history and how much I still wanted to work for the company he negotiated with my company's counsel to get me re-instated. I got my job back because of him and to this day thriving with my company. I will be forever grateful for Larry's counsel.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
