I advise anyone considering hiring Kelly to look elsewhere. My experience was a complete nightmare. Despite paying significant fees, I received no work, no communication, and no accountability. I made multiple requests for updates and refunds, but instead of addressing my concerns, Kelly ignored me a...nd ultimately blocked my number. On a recorded call, she admitted that her personal issues, including her divorce and inability to care for her children, were interfering with her ability to practice. While I sympathize with personal struggles, they do not excuse abandoning a client’s matter or refusing to return unearned fees. Do not hire this attorney. After I hired her I never received any advice on how to handle my situation. We spoke briefly about possible choices and possible outcomes, but she asked to be sent records to review so she could actually give real advice. I sent them. We scheduled a time to speak, which s...he then asked to delay. At the rescheduled time she was unreachable. Then tried dozens of times over 12 weeks to get in contact with her. She scheduled another time to speak and was again unreachable at that time. She still thinks she deserves to be paid for never giving advice on a time sensitive matter. DO NOT HIRE HER!
