She asked me to send my records for review, which I did. She then asked me to pay for additional hours to review the materials. I... paid — and after that, she went completely silent. I followed up repeatedly: over the next week, then over the following months, then for more than a year. Every time she either went compeltely silent or gave excuses for her silence, but the work I paid for was never done. After this happened, I read through other reviews here and realized my experience wasn't isolated. Several others describe the same thing — being ignored after paying — which suggests a pattern rather than a one-off. If you're considering hiring her, please be cautious. I came to her during a very stressful time and trusted her to help me. Instead I lost both my money and a great deal of time. Based on my experience, I advise you to go elsewhere.

While I sympathize with personal struggles, they do not excuse abandoning a client’s matter or refusing to return unearned fees.
