Would recommend any day
This is the second time that Katia works on an immigration case for me and once again I am thrilled with her work. She will go out of her way to research all options, even with a tricky case. Most importantly she is fast, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. She is serious about...

Spouse-sponsored green card process
Katia was recommended to my partner and me by a good friend who works frequently with her when we were thinking of getting married and going through the spouse-sponsored green card process. After dealing with different lawyers for the past 5 years for my H1B visa, Katia is by far the most talented an...

Great handling of a long and tedious case
My case was long and involved a lot of paperwork which Katia handled just right. Hey real difference, though, is the human touch. Compared to other lawyers she is very accessible and reassuring- and does not make you pay every second spent communicating with her. This is extremely valuable!
"Ms. Leiselsen's number one priority is to protect her clients' best interests and to provide highly knowledgeable, experienced and aggressive representation on their behalf. A highly recommended immigration lawyer."
"Katia is an experienced immigration attorney and a lovely person to work with. When I began practicing immigration law she was generous with her time and advice. As a practicing attorney it is wonderful to have a colleague that I can consult with on complicated cases and strategic issues. I fully endorse Katia and believe that she an exceptional attorney."
"I endorse Katia Leiselsen for her immigration work. We have worked together on several files and the clients are very happy with her results."
