As discussed, the following are some of the questions I have been asked: - Is it an existing Company? - When was it formed? - Why are you qualified? - Do you have employees? - ...Do you have proof of your AUM? - How did you invest? - How much of your investment was already spent? - How many investors do you have? At the end of the interview, the officer told me that my visa had been accepted and wished me luck with my business. My advice to future visa seekers: hire a good lawyer, do your homework thoroughly and go to the interview with a mindset of explaining your business to the officer.
