John has handled numerous matters for our company for the last 5 years. He was originally assigned by our carrier; however after a few months we requested he handle all of our litigation. Mr. Tambascia found several creative solutions for the concerns of our clients and saved our company substantial funds and avoided significant exposure on a case that was complicated and involved multiple parties. Our portion of the claim was reduced from an anticipated 80% to 25% based on his effor...ts and understanding of both the relevant law in the CD area and of real estate. He provided realistic solutions for high exposure case and saved the company around $1.0 Million. Overall a solid experience and I look forward to working with him again.
