Mr. Tambascia has been on point with his commentary and estimates as to how the case has progressed. Unlike other counsel in the case he has provide concrete results. I am making these comments as an adjuster who is handling claims for other parties in the case and it is rare that I offer praise to a...ttorneys who are not panel counsel.

John has handled numerous matters for our company for the last 5 years. He was originally assigned by our carrier; however after a few months we requested he handle all of our litigation. He has handle several complex claims with a determined attitude and in an efficient manner. We have never been... suprised with his results and are always pleased. Mr. Tambascia found several creative solutions for the concerns of our clients and saved our company substantial funds and avoided significant exposure on a case that was complicated and involved multiple parties. Our portion of the claim was reduced from an anticipated 80% to 25% based on his effor...ts and understanding of both the relevant law in the CD area and of real estate. He provided realistic solutions for high exposure case and saved the company around $1.0 Million. Overall a solid experience and I look forward to working with him again.
