5 out of 5 quality service.
I went to him because I had legal trouble with helping me sell my share of the LLC to my former business partner. This lawyer was both detail in his answer and tried his best to help me. I used him again 2 months ago to set up my S Corporation. Both times I hired him I was very satisfied.

Superb
John Kiritsis is very strategic and as analytical as a scientist. He provokes thought. You want to have him on permanent retainer. He assured me that while he cannot guarantee anything, he will use 100% of his brain. Another thing that impressed me is the depth of the consultation and his transparency. He is so humble and polished and erudite in his approach. I think my case would only demand about 15% of this lawyer's tremendous brainpower.
