I hired Mr. John Kiritsis last year to help me buy my house. Being a first time home buyer is very scary, especially in New York Citty, where prices are high, banks often times require 30% or more as collateral, and you have to compete with all cash buyers with sellers asking for 10% deposit to give... mortgage contigency. This lawyer helped me explain everything, he listened to everything I said, and even gave me tips on how to locate a lender. His legal fee was almost double than what we originally estimated $4,700 than the $2 to $3 thousand we had originally expected. However, it was definetily worth it given the amount of work he did, and how he helped me save thousands in closing costs. I only spent $350 on survey, because he helped me proving to the bank that we did not need a $2,000+ intensive survey. He is also a CPA, and as everyone said in all the reviews, he knows a lot about taxes. He set up a company, which even though as he warned me before hand, the lender would not allow to buy the property because I put down less than 40%, would allow me to claim more expenses, and get the 30% income deduction for my federal taxes. I would very highly recommend this attorney to everyone. He is very dedicated, knows what he is doing, cares for his clients, and is very upfront with everything with his client from the first day until last and beyond. On the day of the closing, he gave me pamphlets, and a list of telephone numbers that I may find useful. I found this information very valuable. 5 stars are worth it. Thank you for everything..
