When I contacted David Centeno early this July he explained his process and answered my questions, some of which are complicated as I have been in an odd situation (which I won't go into here) which pretty much led me to need to get divorsed ASAP. Investigating Legal Aid, among other options showe...d me that the divorse would take over a year in Kings County, and I could not wait that long. David has developed a process that is as painless as it possibly can be, with a detailed intake form and streamlined process which does not appear to require in person meetings. The normal processing applies when time isn't as much an issue as it was for me, and that's considerably less expensive. In my case, I needed the quick option, the blue pill so to speak, and once I won't through the initial intake process and paid all the legal fees, my papers were filed and I received a divorse 9 days later - the fastest anyone yet has gotten a legal divorse in NYS. I haven't yet received the paperwork proving I'm divorsed (that will take a couple of weeks more) but I can't imagine a faster, more painless option for getting an uncontested divorse in New York than what the law office of David Centeno created, saving me much needless pain and suffering I might have endured had I chosen another lawyer or had tried to do it myself. It's not that people can't figure out some of the processes David uses, it's more that few people have that kind of time to spend finding out. David's fairly unique expedited process is very effective, based on my own experience. The law office of David Centeno is also very Internet savvy, having a great presence in Search Engines, David is easy to find. Also, his staff was present to answer questions promptly and he kept me informed throughout all proceedings. I reccomend the Law Office of David Centeno for your own uncontested divorse proceedings in New York State, and elsewhere when he establishes offices in other states.
