On our realtor's recommendation, my wife and I hired Seth for our first-time co-op apartment purchase in NYC. Seth constantly went above and beyond for us. We worked with less than stellar mortgage brokers and Seth often provided us with extra information, guidance and knowledge to help us get through the process.
