Seth served as our lawyer in structuring a complex coop purchase. The process had innumerable kinks, and Seth remained calm and thoughtful throughout. He has very strong communication skills and made me feel I was in expert hands. Despite the twists, Seth and the sellers' attorney developed a very go...od rapport, which also helped to smooth the process. Seth is also very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

It is my pleasure to write a review of Seth Feldman. Seth handled a few real estate situations for me that were a little more complex as they were connected to the estate, wills, trusts end of things as well and involved several another attorneys in state and out of state. I cannot say enough positiv...e things about this mans professionalism, intelligence, work ethic, demeanor, and human qualities. There were many a time when emotions ran high, yet with Seth at the wheel, it all ended up running smoothly. I have had experience with many lawyers, the large majority i could ramble off negative comments on, and some of whom i couldn't have terminated their services fast enough. That said, Seth was and is the polar exception to any attorney I've ever dealt with, much to my delight. It was a highly difficult and heightened emotional time when i was first introduced to Seth and our dealings involved many sensitive issues, yet Seth handled everything, from start to finish, big and small; every aspect with total class, and a quality of professionalism you don't come across often, if ever: exceptional patience, informative, emotional as well as intellectional intelligence, with an old school charm, and gentlemanly disposition. I trusted him on all levels and cannot say enough good things about him. He was referred to me by our real estate broker and i knew nothing about him before hiring him. From the very beginning, every interaction, communication etc was smooth and thorough. And i don't necessarily consider myself an easy client. And again, there were some touchy issues that arose, which Seth handled with complete grace, and outstanding service. I could go on and on with how happy and lucky i feel to have had Seth represent me and to continue to have Seth represent me in all future transactions in the area/s that he handles.
