Biography
Jonathan K. Pollack is a partner of Beldock Levine & Hoffman LLP, where he has practiced matrimonial and family law, including alternative dispute resolution, negotiation and drafting marital contracts of all types, such as pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and representation of clients in their individual tax and trusts and estates matters. He regularly represents clients with respect to child custody, visitation, relocation and support, spousal maintenance, equitable distribution, including valuation of assets and business interests, domestic violence, domestic partnership, as well as post-divorce enforcement and modification. He has litigated contested matters before New York State Supreme and Family Courts and the Appellate Division, First Department. He also has a Masters in Tax Law.
