Barton P. Levine

I paid Barton Levine for my will and last testament and have not received it. This process started in September 2020. There was correspondence between us for a few weeks, and then in early December I phoned Levine to check the status of my will. He told me he had sent it in mid-November. I had not re...ceived it, and asked for the tracking number on the envelope. He said he would have to look up number and get back to me, which he did not. I then asked Lvine to sent me another will. Levine said he was in Florida and could not send me another copy of the will until he returned to his NYS office in early January. At that time, I phoned him again. Levine told me he was very ill and could not resend the will until he recovered. Two weeks later, he emailed me to say I should receive the will on a specific date, and to contact him if I did not receive it then. When that date passed, I emailed Levine to inform him that I had not received the will. My emails (3 of them) to him were blocked. I phoned his office to ask for the tracking number on the package with the will. Levine's secretary told me she did not have that information. I have not heard from Levine. I paid for this will in Oct/Nov and have not received it. Still waiting.

He tried to contact me within a day after I tried to leave a message. After consultation, he even called a few more times after coming up with extra options regarding our case even calling after regular business hours. It goes to show how hard he works and how much he would care for your situation if... he went that far just for consultation.
