Heather Danielle Sparks

Heather Sparks specializes in estate and trust planning, including the preparation of complex wills and trusts, trust administration, and the representation of individuals and institutions.

Heather is passionate about what she does and centers on the fact that your family will grow and change. Some estate planning narrowly focuses only on what happens at death. Heather’s emphasis is on planning for exciting and inevitable life changes, not just what happens when you pass away. Whether you’ll have more children, marry, grow your retirement account or buy the house you dreamed of, Heather adjusts an estate plan to her clients changing needs throughout life.

Heather is dedicated to building ongoing relationships with clients instead of a one-time transaction. She feels that an estate plan should help you capture what’s most important to you and your family—who you are as a person—your values, insights, stories, and experiences you want to share with your loved ones.

In 2010, Heather became an advocate for the Lyme community by supporting research for autoimmune diseases after her own experience with illness. Heather has a passion for health and wellness and continues to host a podcast educating others on natural healthy living.

In 2011, Heather co-authored with Dr. Levine and explored natural remedies that provide relief from pain.

Heather attended University of Rochester and graduated from Lehigh University (B.S. 2002). Her legal studies included Nova Southeastern University Law School (J.D. 2007) receiving the Pro Bono Honors Award, and graduate studies at New York Law School.
