Hired Godinger for 2 separate speeding tickets. Let him know that it was extremely important to not get points on one of the two tickets. He assured me that he was very confident that he could get me off without points. He couldn't guarantee anything though. Understandable...Appeared and accepted a 6... point ticket on the first Ticket... I felt I could have done the same and not paid his $225 Fee... kept faith in him and had already paid for the other appearance aswell (another $225) pushed the date several times, I always had to reach out to him to get any info on the status band updates .. after pushing the date back 3 times he went back and accepted another ticket that carried 6 more points... a BAD outcome he agreed... but couldn't explain why that was all he did. He was 0 for 2... Anyone could have appeared on Their own without a lawyer and got at worst 6 POINTs! I would never recommend him to anyone...Find Someone else

I hired this guy and was very very disappointed twice. He cannot be called a lawyer - you can do a better job yourself. He lost both of my tickets and did absolutely nothing. Also - this gentlemen has a terrible reputation between the NYC judges. To make matters worst - he will not call you back and ...update you on the status of your case. Run the other way folks!!!
