I would not recommend the Law Office of Theresa Napolitano. Short Version: Back in the days when we had no yelp, in 2002, to be specific, her office screwed up my H1B1 application that I paid $3000 plus for including the expedited processing fee. They filed it non-expedited. Never really apologize...d or refunded any fees paid. Napolitano's incompetence and refusal to take my questions seriously nearly cost me a job that it took me a year to find. Thankfully, the employer was willing to wait 3 months for an application that a competent attorney could have turned around in 3 weeks.

In my case Teresa was the only one that help me in my immigration situation no one wanted to take my case but she did very serious honest person she will never take advantage of people like other lawyer's do 5 stars for Teresa tank you for your hard work teresa i will always remember you that you ope...n a big door in my life for my future to come

Please save yourself the headache ! In 2001 she misinformed us about the Life AC that would have given my husband the ability to adjust status .. Mean while in 2003 she even further lied by keeping us in the dark about a court hearing as she was on some vacation this got my husband an order to be ...deported !!! Mind yourself we were expecting our first child and when I was 7 months pregnant we had ICE show up at our door not even knowing of what horror awaited! ICE took him away to Elizebeth NJ where he was held for almost 8 months.. In the time my husband was detained I had our pizzeria to run that we eventually lost and got buried in debt, plus the heartache of having to deal with giving birth to our first born son alone.. This should have been a Happy time in our life but No! Ms. Napolitano's negligence led my growing family suffer much pain! At the time I repeatedly called and left voicemails to Ms. Napolitano she not once in a month time of my husband in detention she ever showed up and assumed her responsibility.. I hired another attorney after that it took him almost 7 more months of hard work to make the IJ see Ms. Napolitano had done!! His case was then reopened and he was released from custody when our son turned five months that day!! My heart breaks to write such an awful story ! Still to this day our little born son at the time is Now 10 years old and we also have another son who is 5 years old their Dad can still very we'll be deported due to this Attorney she seems to still call herself!! She should be ashamed of the misery she put innocent people through !! Yes I am a born American I was taught all my life from a Father that left persecution of the communist regime that this might country of ours has Justice!! May peace be with my Dad and May one day Justice be served !!! I married a person that sought ought the American Dream and surpassed it with me and our two beautiful boys at his side!!! I was only 18 when we sought legal advice from Ms. Napolitano she raped me of my future to live as others who are born here with freedom ! For the past 13 years I a born Citizen of this beautiful country I only know to be my home from her unprofessionalism and negligence has caused me to live in fear of tomorrow !!! Shame on you Ms. Napolitano for I see there are more like my story that write of your ill heart work!!! I hope you are at Peace and can Live with yourself knowing that you do not only mess with people's lives but also have people feel so negative about not only you but your business that you run terribly .. Ms. Napolitano all I can wish is for you to leave your career and spare people the misery !!! Sincerely a client that has forgiven but not forgotten the terrible nightmare that your carelessness made me go through and have to relive every day for the past 10 years and still on goes to this day!!!!
