Very good lawyer, get an appointment

Robert is an amazing lawyer who lays out all your options clearly. He is very knowledgeable in his profession. He is the person that you would like to be on your side because he truly cares about you as a a client and will defend you to the end. You will know this on your first appointment with him. ...He will be honest about the expectations for your case and will work to get it done.

Terrible and unprofessional lawyer

Horrible and unprofessional lawyer. Doesn't understand asylum issues at all. Took a $5,000 deposit and did nothing. Didn't apply for asylum. Didn't change address in the court system. Because of him, my stay in America was violated. Never contact this person.

I urge this former client to call my office. In 2019, she and her husband hired me for their asylum case. We had EXTENSIVE communications regarding the legal requirements for WINNING an asylum case. Of course Covid hit in 2020. I was informed the clients were moving out of New York State and in July 2020, during the Covid lockdowns, I came into the office to send their file to their new attorney in another State. I never heard back from them since July 2020. If anything about their stay was violated it was after I gave the case to their new attorney. It is unusual that five years AFTER you hand a case to a new lawyer, the client would then blame you for what may or may not have happened. As stated I handed the file off to their new attorney in July 2020. And we never spoke again. Thus I ask this client to contact my office.

Not a good lawyer

I hired him from a reference. One of the most colossal mistakes of my life was hiring him. He was unprofessional, classless and vulgar in his approach. He used his personal email to communicate with me about the case. In certain circumstances, if you're a winning lawyer that gets excused. My case... was one of the most simple defense cases any attorney can get, basically a t-ball spot up, yet he somehow managed to inflame the situation and make it seem more serious than it actually was. It is also worth noting that he also works for a personal injury firm. Overall bad experience because of the way it was handled. He’s been in his chosen profession for way too long for these things to be mistakes.

Tremendous attorney

Robert Osuna handled my criminal case like a professional. He explained all legal options and consequences. He was able to negotiate a very favorable outcome to resolve the case in my favor. I would highly recommend him.

A great lawyer

We hired Mr Osuna for a criminal case for a family member. He was very honest about the charges our family member was facing and treated the entire matter very professionally. Everything turned out well for our family member. He did a great job and we are forever grateful to Mr Osuna.

"Mr. Osuna is a gentleman and a scholar. He is also a very nice guy, who is approachable, does not talk over anyone's head although he is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent, and an accomplished attorney. I not only happily endorse him, but I would refer those seeking the legal services he provides and practices in that I do not to him."
