Great and caring attorney

I came to Mr. Taubman with concerns about being treated poorly on the job because of my age. He provided free consultation and advised that I should file suit in state court. He has great expertise in employment discrimination claims, knows the defendants' attorneys and is able to work out equitabl...e solutions. The suit was settled in a matter of months, and throughout the process he kept in touch and offered sound advice. He's a great man and I recommend him without reservation for job discrimination concerns.

Why Philip Taubman is an excellent Employment Discrimination Lawyer

This author had an employment discrimination case against a very powerful organization within the State of New York, whose name I do not intend to mention here. I was able to meet with this great lawyer who patiently listened to me as I explained what had transpired at the work place and how I had ...been discriminated against. Following my explanation, and without any hesitation, Mr. Taubman agreed to represent me or take up my case and did so with a high level of integrity and expertise. During our lawyer/client relationship, I observed him to be honest , keeping me informed of the progress of my case and the likely outcome of the proceedings. He is an experienced lawyer with tough research and negotiating skills . I was amazed on how he was able to find precedents and other cases that had a bearing to mine thus putting up tough legal arguments that quickly convinced the opposing party the need to settle with me or face legal defeat in the Court. Counselor Taubman is an excellent lawyer, who is always available for conferences with his client, returns and answers calls from his clients, and fights relentlessly for his clients with respect, intelligence and grace. He is an excellent employment discrimination lawyer. I am a beneficiary of his excellent legal skills that put me on the winning side of my case.
