A Great Attorney Who Goes the Distance...

Mr. O'Neill was not the first attorney who I had to bring on to handle my employment/personal injury lawsuit. It was a complicated and lengthy ordeal that was also highly-charged, Mr. O'Neill was not only a terrific attorney (don't be dissuaded by his low-key manner) who didn't ruffle easily even af...ter the other side brought on a team of lawyers, he was also sensitive to the fact that the process took an emotional toll on me. He was respectful at all times and genuinely concerned for my sense of well-being which can be hard to maintain during a long drawn-out lawsuit.. I am so grateful to him and genuinely like him as a person..

Top-notch attorney

Michael is a brilliant attorney and has helped me with my employment issues. He is compassionate about his work and cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Top of the line

Mike has helped me with two cases. The first case was settled very quickly, and he has worked very hard on the second, which is still going on. I would recommend anyone any day any time.

"Employment discrimination claims can be very difficult and mess (almost like a divorce). I highly recommend that you speak to an experienced civil rights attorney before hiring just any lawyer or signing any forms. Michael O'Neill has a ton of experience in this area and he is very easy to talk to. Give him a call if you have questions about your situation."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
