The Best Legal Attorney At Law

Ken Belkin’s work ethic as a criminal defense attorney is exceptional. His comprehension of the law is remarkable. A fundamental piece in the outcome of my case. He is genuinely understanding, compassionate and caring and will always find a way to make you laugh, even in the most difficult of times.... I attest to his excellent principals in understanding the law of the land.

Excellent Attorney who Goes the Extra Mile.

Hands down Mr. Belkin is a meticulous, attentive attorney that fought for me tooth and nail against a corporate Giant. On numerous occasions Mr. Belkin went the extra mile in order to get results expeditiously. He's straight forward, doesn't pull punches, and let's you know your options in a clear cu...t fashion. I highly recommend Mr. Belkin especially for making me feel that my issues we're personal to him.

Alleged Crime of Passion

I am a professional, international exhibiting artist. I've had to take on freelance work in the book publishing, illustration & graphic design industries to pay bills & live a decent quality of life in NYC. I overstepped a boundary with a large company & the result was a misunderstanding that led to ...criminal charges, an incredibly shameful & embarrassing situation for me. I was facing 3-5 years in prison with felony charges. After hiring Mr. Belkin, he wasted no time, he had me reach out to my community for help, he humanized me to the DA's office in Manhattan & helped me resolve my issue with no criminal charges, no time in prison & some community service. I'm happy to say that while this was all a very scary proposition & with no one to blame but myself, my ego & an error in judgement, I was relieved to get back on track with my life & my career thanks to the honest, hard-working efforts of Mr. Belkin & his ability to stay the course & foresee a reasonable outcome. His belief in me, versus a large corporate entity that sought my demise, is something I am very thankful for, & I highly recommend Mr. Belkin to anyone that might find themselves facing unjust & unfair criminal charges.

Simply the best.

He cares. He's not just a lawyer.. He cares and goes far beyond I would ever expect someone ever to go!!! Also after doing a big case for me he took me to Star Wars opening night! That's service!!!
