Kenneth was my "shepherd”

Kenneth is the real deal. I mean, working with him felt like being in a movie, a Hollywood movie that deals with a lot of money. I mean, "a lot" is all relative, but for me the deal he was helping me was definitely a life changer. Kenneth is the one, who, smoothly, in a very cool way, was "holding... my hand", When he responded to a question I asked him, I could see how far ahead he’s been with the process of negotiations, and taking care of me. At some point, I was ready to give away the deal I was offered, I needed some more time for the execution of my part of the deal , and Kenneth assured me that he will get what I (really) needed, and he got it for me. You can say that Kenneth was my "shepherd” but I don’t want to get too Biblical, lol. He was operating very professionally, fast, with respect (to all my “needy” questions) and got me the results that enable me to stand on my feet strongly, and continue with my life mission. Whether you are about to work with him, or he saved your life already, Vote For Kenneth.

Super helpful attorney with a wide range of knowledge

We have hired Kenneth on multiple occasions this past year. First, he represented us in a buyout situation when our apartment was sold, and succeeded in getting us a generous offer for relocating. Later in the same year, he represented us when buying a business. He helped write and amend contracts, n...egotiated terms/conditions and made sure the other side kept to the agreed terms, such as tax liability release etc. Kenneth was a great source of advice and wisdom, as well as reassuring and supportive during two very trying times for us. I would recommend him unreservedly.

Honest and straigforward.

Kenneth helped us trendiously navigating an issue with our corporate operating agreeent, He clarified and strengthened our areement, with straightforward language, and guided us with confidence away from potential internal conflict. He reccomended action that cost us little money, but was effective, ...when he probably could have billed us more than he did. He is a competent, and honest man, and I would reccomend him highly.
