I came to the U.S. in 2007. I have ever hired 2 attorneys before hiring Mr. Costo for my immigration Application. Mr. Costo fully represented me before the Immigration Court. He carefully prepared my application. It is surprised me that my court submission and evidence is over 1000 pages. My case w...as finally granted in last week. I am highly appreciated for Mr. Costo's kindly help. I am finally have legal residence status in the U.S.

I was his client when I showed him my Will that had been drawn up by a different attorney. James asked to see it. I handed it to him. He unstapled it and xeroxed it. He said it was for his files. But unstapling a Will invalidates it. He did it so that I would pay him to write a new Will for me.... He did not finish my case because he kept disappearing and not answering calls or emails. PLEASE BEWARE!!@@@@ Mr Costo used to work for we the people in Westchester Ny and was asked to leave because he would take money and not do the job. I hired him to recover money from a purchase i never received and yes he filed the paper work with the court agter that he was mia. Does not answer h...is calls!!!!! Promised to refund my money and never received a penny!!
