Elliot Robert Podhorzer

Elliot is straightforward and efficient. He’s a shark in the water when in court, but has a heart of gold in preparing and sympathizing with his clients. Elliot knows family court inside and out. He preps you for every possible outcome regarding settling and going to trial. This man is a godsend. I cannot rave about him enough. If he is assigned to be your attorney, you are in experienced and wise hands. Make sure to ask questions, as Elliot is excellent at breaking things down to laymans terms. His notes and work ethic are so admirable. I wish I could keep him in my pocket for daily inspo. Seriously, he’s great. 2021 is looking and feeling better already thanks to him.

Firstly, in my experience, I'd like to say that Mr. Podhorzer is a good man. All the people who work in the family court building say good things about him. Secondly, every time we have had a court date, Mr. Podhorzer shows up dressed to the nines, well-groomed, looking sharp in his suits and ready t...o do battle. I'm a father in the middle of a visitation/custody hearing for my daughter that has been going on for way too long due to the child's mother manipulating and lying in the court but I am positive that the truth will indeed triumph in this hearing. Thus far though, Mr. Podhorzer has already gotten me over night visitations. He is a very smart man and knows the legal system well. He has been chipping away at the mountain of lies and has done so eloquently I may add. I've trusted him thus far and he has delivered on his word. He is an absolute beast in the court room. He can and will go toe to toe with any attorney out there and fight for your cause anytime. If you're reading this, trust that he will do his best to represent you. Thank You Mr. Podhorzer for helping truth and justice remain the standard in our judicial system.
