Elliot Robert Podhorzer

Firstly, in my experience, I'd like to say that Mr. Podhorzer is a good man. All the people who work in the family court building say good things about him. Secondly, every time we have had a court date, Mr. Podhorzer shows up dressed to the nines, well-groomed, looking sharp in his suits and ready t...o do battle. I'm a father in the middle of a visitation/custody hearing for my daughter that has been going on for way too long due to the child's mother manipulating and lying in the court but I am positive that the truth will indeed triumph in this hearing. Thus far though, Mr. Podhorzer has already gotten me over night visitations. He is a very smart man and knows the legal system well. He has been chipping away at the mountain of lies and has done so eloquently I may add. I've trusted him thus far and he has delivered on his word. He is an absolute beast in the court room. He can and will go toe to toe with any attorney out there and fight for your cause anytime. If you're reading this, trust that he will do his best to represent you. Thank You Mr. Podhorzer for helping truth and justice remain the standard in our judicial system. I understand things are not over yet so we will continue to fight for our cause with honor and dignity.

Am in the middle of a custody battle and so far am not impressed at all by his performance. I understand that I’m not paying and the state issued me this lawyer but THE STATE IS paying him for his services. If this continues I will follow up with the governing body that is in charge of assigning d...efense lawyers.

Elliot Podhorzer was my attorney for my visitation and child support cases. He is very skilled In the area of Family Law and has a great handle on how the court system works. Elliot was able to get me significant visitation with my 2 kids. He really advocated for me! I found him to be very ac...cessible , compassionate and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of everything that was happening with my cases and was always thinking one step ahead. I highly recommend him as an attorney.

My sympathies to those who have wasted a dime on this man. So deep do they run that if you are a client current or former and you believe deeply that he is not representing your case in the way you are advising him to and if you further feel that he is engaging in professional misconduct I WILL PERSO...NALLY HELP U FINANCIALLY WITH 2-3k towards any lawsuit that has real merit. I believe lawyers like this need to go. This is probably the worst lawyer I have ever paid for . I retained him in a custody/Support case. Ill be brief but let's just say if you have a case that has been handled badly, contains a string of incorrect or appealable and winnable decisions , if you are actually battling a bad judge not your adversary than do not hire this man

If you get him assigned to your case, ask for a different person. He is pathetic. He gets assigned cases and does nothing for the clients, not realizing the lives are at stake. He will stand by as your children are abused by the system and as you are drained for money, time and emotional pressure.... He is so bad its sad. Stay away he will not assist in resolving your matter and represent your children in any way.
