Devon Marie Wilt

My husband and I hired Mrs. Devon Wilt through referral of our good friend who also just experienced her services. We had a case involving an unjust landlord who did not properly sound proof his ceilings before letting a restaurant move into his unit. We lived directly above the restaurant and he...ard bass from their opening hours until end hours-for five months. The landlord could not fix the issue and instead turned his problem on us by ending our four year lease to our home overnight. She was able to justify our case on our behalf and save us the monies the landlord he was trying to wrongfully withhold. If it were not for Mrs. Wilt there is no way we would have received the large amount he owed us (that was ours to begin with) for the unexpected move. Due to hiring her, he expensed $1,800 for the issue he never corrected, let us break our lease earlier, and returned our last month rent as well as security, $4,400 (all in which he had 0 intention of doing if it were not for her). Ms. Wilt is an excellent attorney. She is attentive during case proceedings. Answers all questions in a timely manner. She tells me exactly what is going on all the time. What is good with Ms.Wilt she helps with an umbrella of services. I had several issues I needed resolved and she's able to assis...t with all of them. I switch to her from another "top" attorney that didn't file any papers ,didn't answer any questions,gave no good advice. Devon was able to tell me exactly the proceedings and what needs to be done.
