My husband and I hired Mrs. Devon Wilt through referral of our good friend who also just experienced her services. We had a case involving an unjust landlord who did not properly sound proof his ceilings before letting a restaurant move into his unit. We lived directly above the restaurant and he...ard bass from their opening hours until end hours-for five months. The landlord could not fix the issue and instead turned his problem on us by ending our four year lease to our home overnight. She was able to justify our case on our behalf and save us the monies the landlord he was trying to wrongfully withhold. If it were not for Mrs. Wilt there is no way we would have received the large amount he owed us (that was ours to begin with) for the unexpected move. Due to hiring her, he expensed $1,800 for the issue he never corrected, let us break our lease earlier, and returned our last month rent as well as security, $4,400 (all in which he had 0 intention of doing if it were not for her). I was so stressed beyond belief and she took the burden off our shoulders and handled the situation completely with such high professionalism and care. Beyond highly recommend. Kelly
