Biography
Abraham Jaros, co-partner and founder of Jaroslawicz & Jaros, is a seasoned and successful trial lawyer who began his career over 40 years ago, has tried hundreds of cases and won numerous multi-million dollar verdicts on behalf of his clients. As far back as 1984 and 1985, Mr. Jaros won the first $1 million plus verdict in Sullivan County, N.Y. and the first $2 million verdict in Albany, N.Y., both medical malpractice lawsuits. In 1987 he won a $2 Million verdict on behalf of a model that developed acne after using a face cream.
Mr. Jaros will personally meet with all prospective new clients of Jaroslawicz & Jaros and generally is the attorney who decides if the prospective client has a meritorious case and if the firm of Jaroslawicz & Jaros will accept the case. Once the case is accepted then Mr. Jaros will always make himself available to answer any questions whether by email, phone or in person and will supervise the handling and prosecution of the case until completion.
