Great Attorney

I was desperately looking for a good attorney, the best I can find. A friend of mine, who was a former client of Peter L. Cedeno and associate's, PC highly recommended them to me and in particular Mr. Peter Cedeno. I am so grateful that she did. After listening to me intensely and seeing my supporti...ng documents Mr. Cedeno explained the entire process to me, along with strategy and the strengths and weaknesses of my case. Mr. Peter Cedeno explained the strategic plan to accomplish my goals.At court Mr. Cedeno executed the plan exactly as he stated he would. Peter promptly returned my telephone calls and responded to my emails. I was notified of all communications between counsel and I always knew what was going on in my case. Peter explained to me what would be occurring at the court hearings and took the time to go over everything again prior to the hearing. I was never caught off guard because Peter always prepared me beforehand. Ultimately, the strategic plan that he came up with worked and I achieved my goals. Peter Cedeno and his staff worked very hard on my behalf and honestly billed me for the time it took to do the work. My experience with Peter and his firm is that they are honest, hardworking, and truly fight for their clients. I recommend her to anyone who is going through a divorce, child support or custody matter.

I hired Mr. Peter Cedeno to help me in a complicated divorce and custody dispute with my ex husband regarding my son. During the time of my previous relationship and even after separation my ex husband had intimidated me and dominated any decision made regarding my son. He bullied me and used his fin...ancial stature to make me feel that I didn't stand a chance against him when he filed to take sole custody of our son and leave me as he constantly said " in the streets without a nickel to my name and without my son. Always belittling me in the worst possible ways. I went into the divorce and custody dispute feeling alone, weak, confused, anxious, nervous, powerless, and scared due to his constant belittlement but as a mother I would go to any length, at any cost to fight for my precious son. Mr. Cedeno and his staff gave me so much confidence and ensured me that they would be my voice and help me fight for my rights as a mother and that is exactly what he did. I honestly don't believe anyone else could have taken me through this experience as pleasantly and thoughtfully as Mr. Cedeno does; it was as if we were family and he treated all of us with so much compassion and kindness. His ethics and knowledge for what he does are unparalleled. I've never dealt with an attorney with so much heart, yet still such vigor and determination when dealing with a case. Mr. Cedeno kept me strong and focused on the tasks; always communicating with me so I could completely understand with no surprises. Mr. Cedeno was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest. Mr. Peter Cedeno did his job and he did it well. Peter was very aggressive while staying very professional in front of the judge and the others. I walked out of the court room feeling empowered and protected. When it was all over, I felt vindicated and all that my ex Husband wished on me was turned around on him!! talk about karma. We won every aspect of the case!! Outstanding Lawyer

I am very excited to write this recommendation and share my experience at Peter L. Cedeno & associates PC! Divorce can be difficult, along with divorce for many comes child custody, alimony, child support, and other complex legal matters that can change your life forever and with the wrong and inexpe...rience attorney on your side it will be disastrous, tragic, devastating and depressing. When one is going through the process of emotions one can tend to get lost and lose focus. I did not want to lose focus, I called various trusted friends and colleagues and was referred to Peter L Cedeno & Associates, PC. Mr. Peter Cedeno was actually the attorney who took lead on my case and kept in contact with me, my dad and loving family every step of the way, and handled all other legal issues for us. Peter is our angel. Unique in every way! Blessings to you, and loved ones always! Mr. Peter Cedeno goes above and beyond to make sure justice is served and that you have your life back intact at the end of this treacherous legal process able to live a very productive and happy life for all of your family to love and share again, specifically our children. Our second chance at living and loving! Thank you Mr. Cedeno!

Peter L. Cedeno law firm associates came into our life when my children and I needed an outstanding and brilliant lawyer the most! When we needed a second chance at living and loving. I don't think anyone enjoys having to deal with the pain of divorce and separation of assets, accounts, properties, ...other valuable things and most precious of all custody of my children plus child support, the process that is so common to divorce these days, and the very high cost associated with it. One of the only good part of my divorce was having Mr. Peter Cedeno on my side the other was gaining full sole custody of my children and all we asked the court, which we also received. Peter knew exactly what was going on early as I explained certain things to him and that gave me the ability to focus on what I needed to do. We had regular strategy discussions/meetings as needed with the goal of resolving the case as effectively as possible. Mr. Cedeno is only one side of the case, however, the other being so the more difficult opposing lawyers on your ex husband side, the more you need someone level headed and experienced like Mr. Peter Cedeno to get the job done fairly, properly and efficiently. In my experience and that of close friends of mine and people at my company, a number of the divorce attorneys I saw were sharks or tall tale tellers. Mr. Peter Cedeno was professional, ethical, humble and caring, and at times humorous to the point of getting much smiles/laughter out of my children and was also well known in the courtroom. Whenever I asked any legal question, process questions, likely outcome questions at all Mr. Cedeno had the answer for me directly. He was able to share his experience and offer a most likely outcome so that I could decide if I should fight an issue or not based on his advice. In the end, the settlement was essentially what we offered in the first place, it just took my ex that long to realize the promises he was being given by his attorneys were not realistic. My costs were also about less than half of his. I would highly recommend Mr. Peter Cedeno to any unfortunate soul who is facing divorce and need the very best you are able to get to get going at a second chance at living and loving. You will be well taken care of and represented. I wish I could say the process is fair and simple, but that just isn't the case so you need to have someone like Mr. Cedeno on your side. I wholeheartedly recommend him without any reservation.

Brilliant and Compassionate

My children's' custody/divorce and joint complex business separation case has been the most trying, exhaustive and draining experience of my life and that of my children. I never thought things can get as horribly dramatically intense as this when you part ways. Apart from the light of my child, ther...e has really been only one other bright spot to the whole experience. Mr, Peter Cedeno. I never (ever!) expected such compassion in a hired premier senior legal counsel. Alternately, Peter never sugar coated the situation and has been my leader, inspiration and true guide on a very complex and time consuming journey. Mr. Cedeno has put me to work mentally, and the work has been hard. But his very matter-of-fact approach to why, and his ability to set the example and pace by working so incredibly hard himself, kept me going. Peter always bought peace, calm and tranquility every time he spoke to us and seeing his outstanding abilities at court. He brought peace of mind to our life at a time we needed it most. An angel from above. Mr. Cedeno explained step by step his strategy and what he expected of us to be able to win. We never felt rushed nor felt it was just a financial gain on his part. Peter was compassionate and wholeheartedly involved as if these were his loving and precious children he wanted custody of. As hard as this has all been, I can't imagine how devastating it would have all felt without this very rare and special person making me feel like they are in my corner from a very genuine place. A most brilliant attorney in the courtroom floor and at negotiating with the system and its complexities. Words escape me to properly express my gratitude for the fact that brilliant lawyers like this really are out there, while rare to find. Mr. Cedeno never cut corners with his efforts and never lost patience with me during a very scattered and overwhelming time in my life. Peter has gone above and beyond for me, to the point of pleasant surprise which is something I so desperately needed going through this! We had a long, extensive child custody trial and he worked brilliantly both in and out of court to reach an outcome in our favor. Again, I'm at a loss to express my gratitude for Peter L. Cedeno & Associates Law Firm world class efforts so instead, I'll recommend Peter and his Firm from the most honest place.... our hearts!.
