To Err Is To Be Human

After reading Mr Claffey's review I contacted Mr. Vasquez to represent me in some legal matters because I was impressed with how he had allegedly handled the landlord for Illegally trying to Evict Mr. Claffey. We all always hope for the best in any new venture, but when the outcome is very much so... different from what you had expected it makes you question if you had really made a good choice or not. Maybe because my problems involved some very questionable acts that were committed by the landlord and several judges, it was beyond his level of experience. The responses and attitude conveyed in emails helped me to realize that I had not made a wise choice that would result in a positive outcome, especially when it included exposing individuals who had ignored their responsibility to uphold the Law. Live and learn. I am not insinuating anything negative about his capability as an attorney, only that the problems required more than he was possibly able to handle. As proven over the course of time, one must learn from experience.

At the outset I was provided with a judgment dated a few years back to collect on. After review of the official record on file at the court, it became apparent that the case had gone through the appeals process repeatedly years before. It also came to light that the judgment was vacated during the appellate process, leaving me with no judgment to collect on. Upon disseminating the results of my investigation I informed the client that these events happened years ago. There is only so much that I or any other attorney can do based on what the law allows us to do. Based on my investigation there is nothing else that can be done due to statute of limitations on any of the client's causes of action. The outcome of the case was decided well before i was involved, all i did was report on it. In the future for anyone thinking of being a pro se litigant, it is harder for an attorney to fix previous errors and oversights than it is for them to identify them and deal with them at the outset. The longer you wait, the less likely any attorney can help you.

Creative and insightful attorney

Me. Vasquez helped me with a foreclosure action. He was very knowledge about this area of the law and took the time to explain to me what was going on with my home and what options were available to me. Although being in foreclosure was incredibly scary for me and my family Mr. Vasquez made me feel l...ike I was in good hands.

UNBELIEVABLE HONEST QUALITIES

I would recommend Mr. Vasquez to anyone facing an injustice problem. He is very devoted to his clients and is determined to obtain the best results possible. I had another lawyer handling my case, but the quality of service he provided failed in comparasion to that of Mr. Vasquez's. If I unfortunate...ly am faced with another legal matter I will not hesitate to ask Mr. Vasquez for legal representation.
