NYS Law Judge wrote Mr. Potashnik a letter urging him to return the unauthorized fee he charged me with proof of this sent to judge's office. Or if he did, he charged his clients unlawful fees. He never discussed details of my case and told me he was busy, my case was simple, and he had other clients. At the hearing he was totally unprepared and I lost. Thankfully, I have been granted the opportunity to plead my case again, because of my lack of having qualifed counsel in Mr. Potashnik. He did return to fee immediately upon receipt of Judge's letter. He should have been upfront and honest about his lack of experience.
